The reasoning behind the workout calendar
I don’t know about you, but I need a little variety when it comes to working out, and as a beginner, I don’t really know what I like to do yet. So this calendar is designed to give me a taste of a bunch of different types of workouts and personalities of instructors.
I hope to find something (or more than one thing!) that I love, and I hope you do too!
Happy exercising!
Laura
