I made this list of snacks that were, for the most part, pretty healthy, easy to make, and made from ingredients which are safe to eat during pregnancy.

Snacking while pregnant is a great idea. It can help ward off morning sickness, it’ll keep your energy up, and it will help you make it to the next meal in a good mood when your baby is having a growth spurt.

    Hi I’m age 46 & first time pregnancy at weeks 9 & I’m trying to keep a healthy pregnancy. I’m started yoga pregnancy & went to my nutrpath to go over my pregnancy food diets.
