I love to eat outside at the picnic table in our backyard.
But sometimes it seems like a lot of work to carry everything out there just for one meal.
Until we came up with this easy solution: We now keep a fully stocked picnic organizer by the back door, so that anytime we want to eat outside, we just have to grab the basket and go.
(We use plastic utensils, but you could easily put metal utensils in here if you wanted.)

In addition to knives, spoons, and forks, this picnic organizer also hold napkins, salt and pepper, and a bottle of hand sanitizer.
It’s so easy to create your own picnic organizer, and it will save you a couple of trips in-and-out when you’re in the mood to eat outside.
For some reason, this small hack makes me about a million times more likely to opt for dinner outside in the sunshine. I love it!
