30 miles in 30 days.
Sound pretty simple?
It is!
After having my 4th baby, I was looking for a kind way to encourage myself to exercise, and I thought a little challenge was the perfect way to do that!
The idea is simple: Just walk or run 30 miles over a 30 day period. Don’t worry about speed. Just get out there and get going.
And to make it a little more fun, I made a printable tracker that you can use to record how many miles you walk or run during the 30 day challenge.

Tip: When you print, select “fit to paper” to make sure that nothing get cut off.
How it works
Want to join the challenge? It couldn’t be more simple.
Just get moving, and challenge yourself to walk or run 30 miles over the course of 30 days.
It doesn’t have to be exactly one mile per day, and the entire thing doesn’t have to be walked or run. Mix it up!
If possible, get outside. The sun and scenery always give me a little extra motivation. But a treadmill works too when that’s not possible.
I usually do about 2 miles every other day, and trade off between walking and running.
(I joke that I run until I feel like I’m about to die, and then I walk!)
And that’s it! Told you it was simple. 🙂
Thanks for following along. And if you decide to do this challenge, be sure to tag me on Instagram or Facebook. I’d love to cheer you on!
