We just had our 4th baby a few months ago.
And we don’t have a nursery.
Instead, we have a little nursery nook right off our master bedroom, with all the essentials in it:
A crib, a dresser, some basket storage, a laundry hamper and a diaper pail.
And we have found that it’s more than enough space for everything we need for a baby right up until they move out of the crib around 2 years old.
Take a look at these small nursery ideas!

Our dresser
The first of our small nursery ideas is to use a dresser as a changing table. That way, you can store lots of clothes and supplies in the drawers without wasting the space on top.
(We would never leave a baby unattended on the changing pad, but just to be extra safe, you could always get a changing tray to put on top of your dresser.)
We added this cute bear basket for extra blankets on the floor near the dresser.
A waterproof liner on top of your changing pad cover can save you from washing the cover quite as often.
I also use a canvas basket to keep diapers and wipes easily accessible on the dresser top. (See how to assemble the perfect diaper caddy here.)
I have a small lamp on the dresser for nighttime diaper changes- a great idea because you won’t have to turn on the overhead light in the middle of the night. 👍
How I organized our nursery dresser drawers
The drawer on the top right holds all of our baby essentials, like hand sanitizer, diaper cream, extra wipes, hairbrush, etc.
The other top drawer holds shoes, socks, hats and jackets.
And all of the other drawers contain various clothes and supplies.
Basket storage
We reused a folding metal shelf and some canvas baskets I had to store our sound machine, and a few extra supplies, toys, burp clothes, and extra changing pads and crib sheets.

Our crib
The last part of our tiny nursery nook is the crib.
We decorated the area above the crib with these cute woodland animal stickers, which were super easy to put on and will come off again easily when we’re done with them.

Amazon supply list
Like I said, we created this nursery for our 4th baby. And while I did make some brand new purchases (and linked them in the post above) a lot of the things in this nursery were purchased so long ago that they are no longer available.
So here are a few things I found on Amazon that are currently available that fit perfectly into the woodland nursery theme. Enjoy!
