Prayer journal: 31 Bible verses about anxiety [free printable]

I find that it takes very little for me to start to allow anxiety to creep into my life. It’s hard not to worry on a normal day, let alone in the face of a global pandemic.

31 days of Bible verses to combat anxiety and worry. Download and print the prayer journal for free. Each page includes space to write your prayers to God, and verses to read about God's faithfulness and peace. #prayerjournal

Yet God tells us not to be anxious about anything:

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

(Philippians 4:6-7)

The prayer journal

In order to help you to refocus your heart on God each day, I’ve created a 31 day prayer journal.

Each day contains a verse about God’s faithfulness and goodness. A reminder to us about why we do not need to fear.

There is also plenty of space to write out your prayers to God, and additional portions of Scripture that you can read and meditate on each day.

Here is what Day 1 looks like:

Of course, this journal isn’t meant to take the place of professional counseling. But I pray that God will calm your anxious heart as you pour out your requests to God.

You can download and print the full prayer journal here. It’s a total of 34 pages, so feel free to print two pages to a sheet if you want to save on printer ink. 😉

I hope that this small gift is able to help you during this time. My heart is with all of you.

-Laura

“Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.”

(2 Thessalonians 3:16)

Printable Scripture verse cards

I also created a set of printable Bible verse cards: One card to go along with each day of this prayer journal. Be sure to check them out here!
