Outgrown baby clothes: 12 great storage and organization ideas

Sometimes it seems like the minute you get all your baby clothes organized and put away in your baby’s nursery, he or she grows out of them.

I find that a good system for keeping all those outgrown (or too big) baby clothes organized ends up saving me a lot of time in the long run. Especially if you are planning on saving the clothes for another baby some day.

Here are 12 ideas that I found for storing and organizing those baby clothes when they’re not in use. These organized moms are sure to inspire your own organization efforts:

You can keep things more organized within each bin by storing each type of clothing in labeled plastic bags first.

One of the keys to staying organized is to make sure your bins are stackable (it helps if they are all the same shape and size) and the labels are clear and easy to read.
