“I can’t meal plan because every night is different for our family.”
“I’m tired of making the same meals over and over again.”
“I never feel like eating what I planned to make.”
“It’s just easier to order out.”
“I get so stressed wondering what I’m going to make for dinner night after night.”
Do any of these sound like you?
If so, I hear you!
Yet, how amazing would it be if you could actually figure out this whole meal planning thing for once and for all?
Everything would be planned out in advance. You wouldn’t even have to think about what you’re making for dinner tonight, or wonder whether you have all the ingredients you need.
Think of the time and money you could save if you could actually make a meal plan and stick with it every week!
But I get it. It’s hard!
There are a lot of things that hold people back when it comes to meal planning. Those thoughts above? I’ve had them before, myself.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
You can become a meal planning master. (Yes, you!) And I can show you how.
Who am I?
Hi! My name is Laura. I’m the girl behind The Organized Mom Life. And do you want to hear something totally crazy?
I have been meal planning- consistently- for the last 9 years!
Crazy, right? I’ve figured out how to make meal planning work for me.
And I have a few tricks up my sleeve that I want to share with you. Little systems and routines that I use in order to make meal planning manageable, even with 3 young kids at home.
And I’m confident that you can do it, too!
The 5 day meal planning class
I hear from so many people that meal planning is something they wish they could do consistently.
And I hear from those same people all the reasons why it is just sooo hard!
So I decided to create a free 5 day class… an opportunity for all of us to support each other and finally- truly- figure out this whole meal planning thing.
What will you get out of the meal planning challenge?
In the 5 challenge days, you will:
1. Create personalized resources that will provide meal planning inspiration for weeks to come
For example, you will be creating lists of your family’s favorite meals, sides, and lunches. These lists will keep you from experiencing that horrible “mind going blank” moment that tends to happen when you first pull out the meal planning sheet and attempt to plan next week’s meals
2. Learn the secrets of a successful meal planning sheet.
How can you be sure that you’re planning meals you’ll actually feel like making and eating? I’ll let you in on the best meal planning secrets that have worked for me.
3. Plan out an entire week of meals… and stick to it!
We’ll create a one-week meal plan together during the challenge that you’ll be excited to use in the coming week. There’s nothing like seeing the results of your hard work in action right away!
Meal planning can make all the difference in your daily routine, taking your evenings from flustered to calm and purposeful.
Join our community now, and let’s help each other make this happen. I can’t wait to see you in the challenge!
