The Organized Mom Life

Simple organization for busy moms

Cleaning closet organization: 6 inspirational ideas

Today I wanted to share some cleaning closet organization ideas that I’ve rounded up from around the internet.

I don’t love to clean, but I think I would be a lot more motivated to clean if I had all of my cleaning supplies neatly organized in one of these amazing spaces!

Take a look, and be inspired.

No 1

My favorite thing about this space is the designated area for the vacuum cleaner. It looks like it would be really easy to get in and out, which might just motivate me to use it more often!

I love that these cleaning supplies are stored right in the kitchen… the room that I find myself cleaning the most often. But they are out of sight, inside this cabinet cleaning closet. So handy.

No 3

source: The Organized Home

This is the “stealth” utility closet. Like the last one, it is hidden behind cabinet doors.

No 4

source: Remodelaholic

This linen closet includes enough extra storage for some cleaning supplies as well.

No 5

source: Clean Mama

This is the dream cleaning closet- look how huge it is! The wire baskets and designated areas for hanging brooms and dusters are luxurious. Who knew it was possible to have a cleaning closet that was actually pretty?!

No 6

source: The Organised Housewife

This cleaning closet is located in the laundry room, so it includes things like hangers and laundry baskets, with plenty of leftover space for cleaning supplies, and even a “donate” basket. Brilliant.

These 6 ideas have really gotten my wheels spinning. How about you? Hopefully you have a few great ideas for organizing your own cleaning supplies. Maybe you’ll even be just a tiny bit more excited about actually cleaning your house. One can always dream! 🙂
