Here’s one that you can use, plus the link to the Walmart grocery pick-up list that goes with it.

All you have to do is download the list, and click the link for the Walmart order.

Make changes as needed for your family, and you’ll be all set for the week ahead.

On the first page, you’ll find all your meal ideas for the week (lunches and dinners.)

Most of these ideas are easy to make without a recipe, and be customized however you want.

However, if you would like a recipe to follow, I’ve included a few links for you as well.

Of course, these are just my suggestions- feel free to make changes to accommodate your own family and your health needs.

(For example, you can make your own biscuits, instead of using refrigerated biscuits, in the chicken and biscuits recipe. Or make your own sweet potato fries from real sweet potatoes instead of buying frozen ones.)
